You can meditate using this mantra to help heal your solar plexus. The hand pose for the solar plexus is to put your fingertips together making a tent position with your hands with your fingertips pointing away from your body. Cross your thumbs, left thumb over right thumb. Hold this position for 5-10 minutes during meditation. Yoga poses that help this chakra are full boat pose, bow pose and crocodile pose. Corn, yellow sweet peppers and yellow lentils are great foods to balance and heal this chakra.
