The mantra used for your sacral chakra is “vam” (“a” is pronounced as “ah”). While in a meditative state, repeat this mantra 6-10 times. For the sacral chakra hand pose, rest your hands in your lap one on top of another, palms facing up. Touch the tips of your thumbs gently together. Hold position the position for 5 minutes.
