I have had many healings done in the past few years; some were amazing while others were lackluster. It can be overwhelming when you go to a metaphysical expo and see large numbers of healers. How does one choose? I used to listen to my friends, go to who they thought was good. What I should have done was listen to my intuition. I have come up with a surefire way of choosing a healer for you.
1. Start off by observing the healer with other clients. Now, every healing is different but I still want to know what their moves are and what to expect.
2. When you are ready approach a healer, ask as many questions as it takes for you to understand what they do. How does their healing work? What are their techniques? How should you feel afterward?
3. This is the most important one: make sure you connect with the healer before starting the healing! During the question and answer phase, do you feel a connection? If not, don’t be afraid to walk away, they will understand.
I have had a few Reiki treatments that didn’t go well; I didn’t listen to my gut instinct. Yet, I met a wonderful Reiki Healer 2 years ago that does amazing things during a healing. I was vending at a show last year and was sitting across this healer that looks like she was picking stuff off of people. I was intrigued by the process and asked her tons of questions. She did 4th Dimensional Healing and after speaking with her I went through with the healing. It was MIND-BLOWING!!! No words could explain the transformation I went through and I can’t wait to see her again.
I’ve also done a Meridian Dance Healing. Now if you have ever seen this done, it can be intimidating to watch. I watched this man all day and I won’t lie…I was scared to do it. But I connected with the healer and knew I had to experience it. There was such a release afterwards that I cried for hours. My next healing is a Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT). SRT clears away negative energy and programs.
I was able to have such amazing healings because I observed, asked questions and connected with the healer before starting. I can almost guarantee that your healing will go well.
